"Level I is a blessing that I received along with old and new friends.  Lindy, you are open and wise and connected to the Divine.  I know you don’t like me to say that I’m not musical and I am in the way that I can resonate with it but I have yet to find a way to express it.  I love the sounds, the vibrations and resonate with them in my soul.  I don’t know the reasons and have learned to let go of needing to know the why.  You said that the course was more about being who we need to be in order to serve others.  Yes, yes, yes it is such a gift to have experienced those 3 days learning about myself, growing myself and connecting to myself from the connecting of more to others.

It will always be a precious remembrance thinking of serving Jerry as we did, as we were learning and being part of a group of caring women having the intention of love and healing for Jerry.  I am so grateful for the love and open hearted care given to Jerry by everyone.  This experience of living through this trauma has been one that I could never imagine, but we have never been alone.  I have come so much closer to God and all angelic beings.  My experiences through this year have changed me but really they haven’t.  I realize as I write this that what they have done is revealed Me.  I never knew I had the strength and perseverance that I have.  I know it comes from Source that it is given to me but I didn’t know I had access to It.  

The 3 days of Level 1 were so so special.  They gave me time away for the first time since July.  Space is needed to have vision and although the times have been more difficult, it allowed me to see what I needed.  The “I” was being buried because Jerry was who was the most important one.  His life and the opportunity for him to heal had become everything to me, “I” was last.  The day I came to the Sound Bath was the second time I had done something solely for “me”.

So all this preface is the BIG LESSON which I believe was your intention and that is that we need to take care of ourselves, our spirit in order to serve anyone else because what we are giving is not so much knowledge, or advice.  What we give is ourselves and in order to to give we must first be whole.  Know our intention and give with our heart.  This journey that we are on is such a blessing and I am beyond grateful to have met the souls here in this room today.  It is beyond an honor to walk this path with all of you.  I am humbled by this blessing of being in the presence of these beautiful women."   Namaste’ Susan Iacono

The Level 1 course exceeded any and all expectations which is a little weird to say/write because I don’t feel like I had any expectations - it was a knowing, a “hell yes” when Susan and Tina and I were at Book Club.  The energy circling between the three of us was obvious to all of us, body tingles and goosebumps etc.  I’ve grown used to following that feeling as my compass.  So when your Vibrational Course was mentioned - it didn’t even go through rational thought process - (like do I have extra $, when, where, how much etc.) NONE of that entered.  It was just an instant and clear “yes”.  Like - Beyond time - it’s already happened, if that makes sense.

So, this course, and your Being - is …..  Alignment, Source Energy unfolding - humility, integrity, love-manifest.  So it was completely natural that the main focus was on the importance of “setting intention” and clearing our vessel/energy to have a strong/pure/centered daily practice of where we start from BEFORE working with another.

Personally - especially as I chose my show and tell item last night for this second level course - I see the puzzle pieces of my souls’ journey coming together here.  My “why”.  From the gifting of our mala beads - leading me back to when and why I was drawn to get a set in 2019, and the red cords you gifted us with - now becoming a part of helping Mothers and Fathers connect with children on a deeper level, You are helping me - Remember.  And I am so incredibly grateful - and in awe of Source.

I have no expectations for this second and future 3rd Level course - only to be as open and present to both refine and refract my light/vibration lovingly with humility and intention.

It’s impossible to convey the experience through words in a way that can justify all that we became in this three day life changing training.  In order to serve others with the love and honor required we must first discover, love and honor ourselves. 

Lindy teaches by being, being all that she is and reflecting back to us the way that she sees us through the lens of love.  Love heals.  Love has a sound, it has a vibration and we learn by opening and trusting the process.  We trust that life is holding us and loving us>  We trust that which we do not see when we allow ourselves to follow our heart when we allow love to break us open.  We are all learning.  We are all becoming and the most important teaching is to become your best version of yourself so that you can serve others. My review for this Level II Vibrational Sacred Instruments Course…. It’s as impossible as discussing Creation/Divinity/The Sacredness of the Eternal “Now”.

I feel like I have been preparing for this weekend - not just this entire lifetime and lifetimes before, a beautiful woven tapestry weaving past/present/future.

The two most impactful words - and/or phrases - Abiding and “You need to empty and unplug from who you think you are to experience who you REALLY are.”  Which is actually the same concept.  Once I Abided - and Abided some more, and then some more…. I felt home.  

This weekend, this course, this group, this home, this energy, this knowledge - is sacred space.  We one by one held space and loved and held steady as we each struggled with abiding and eventually surrendered.  The only thing I can even try to compare it to is - Being a Mom - the gratitude, the honor, the humbling responsibility to hold another and witness their Journey.

Hands on Gong experience would have been nice during the course, BUT my cup is So full I’m not sure how my Body/Spirit/Etc. Would have been able to take it in.  So, it was perfect.

The unfolding was all it needed to be.
